Spring Black Bear Hunting in Saskatchewan

Cooks Outfitting: Saskatchewan Black Bear Outfitters

Book an unforgettable spring black bear hunting trip in Saskatchewan with experienced guides, trophy-quality territory, and personalized service. Our summer and fall black bear hunts start when the bear season opens on August 25th and we reserve hunts through September. We offer opportunities to harvest bears in a variety of color phases.

We hunt over well-established bait sites using secure ladder stands suitable for rifle, muzzleloader, shotgun, and archery hunters. Clients are transported to stands by ATV, and hunts continue until dark to maximize success. We offer a six-day guided black bear hunt (Monday–Saturday) with a maximum of six hunters per week, ensuring a low-pressure, high-quality experience. Hunts take place within our exclusive outfitting area of approximately 100,000 acres located in Saskatchewan’s forest and fringe region.

We accept solo hunter reservations, and base our week long hunts on any combination of 2, 3 4, 5 or single hunters to meet our 6 hunter total maximum for the week.
